Appelton, Wis.-based CMD Corp. has agreed to purchase the upgrade/rebuilt portion of Accu-Pak's vertical form, fill and seal equipment. In addition, CMD has purchased the Accu-Pak name, and will incorporate it into its operations as Accu-Pak, a division of CMD Corp.
