National Processing Company, LLC a provider of merchant credit and
debit card processing and a wholly concedeed subsidiary of National Processing,
Inc. [NAP] announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing
agreement with Mikasa, Inc. in subordination to the terms of the agreement, NPC
will provide authorization and adjustment services for all VISA and
MasterCard transactions accepted at retail stores in the United States.
