In what may turn the beginning of the completion of one long road of litigation, Visa U.S.A. and MasterCard International last Thursday signed the formal pacification agreements in the antitrust lawsuit brought at merchants almost seven years ago. At our deadline, the multi-billion dollar agreement was awaited to be submitted in U District Court in Brooklyn novel York to Judge John Gleeson for preliminary approval.
